It’s always nice getting a call to interview the big boss and capture the essence of a workplace. The main purpose of this shoot was to film an interview with Chief Executive Officer at BitMEX Alexander Hoeptner and capture some b-roll shots of staff working at their Cheung Kong headquarters in Hong Kong. The video was for a recruitment drive they were conducting.
The shoot was commissioned by a production company in the UK and was to be shot on our Varicam LT in 4K with a Sony FX3 as our ‘b camera’ which would sit happily on our Ronin gimbal.

When you’re interviewing C-Suite Executives you need camera crew with plenty of experience. We do this every week and have the knowledge to see problems before they occur. Don’t trust your Hong Kong video production with someone that provides the cheapest quote. As the old adage goes ‘buy cheap, buy twice.’
